Mac OS X 10.6 users or earlier are no longer able to connect to meetings. Windows 2000 users may still be able to join meetings, but performance isn’t guaranteed. Windows 2000 is no longer supported starting in this release. Also, file sharing multiple Microsoft PowerPoint presentations at one time may cause the app to stop responding. However, file sharing Microsoft PowerPoint presentations sometimes cause an error. Microsoft Office 2016 is supported in Webex Meetings for Windows or Mac. Use the application sharing or desktop sharing features instead.

Users can't share Word 2013 (64-bit) documents on Windows 8 and 8.1 (64-bit) using the file sharing feature.
